  • UFC Fight Night 41 poster 300x210 UFC Fight Night 41: Nick Hein will make his UFC debut against Drew Dober on May 31stA new bout has been added to the UFC Fight Night 41 card as lightweight fighter Nick Hein (10-1) makes his promotional debut against Drew Dober (14-5). The event takes place at the O2 World Berlin in Germany, on May 31st.

UFC officials recently announced the new matchup.

UFC Fight Night 41 will feature a headline bout between middleweight fighters Gegard Mousasi and Mark Munoz. The fight card will be streamed on UFC Fight Pass in the US and will air on BT Sports in the UK. There will also be an event in Brazil on the same day, which is expected to feature a showdown between Chael Sonnen and Wanderlei Silva.

Nick Hein is unbeaten in his last six fights and is currently riding a four-fight winning streak. His most recent bout was at an FFC event in February, where he scored a unanimous decision victory over Michael Erdinc. Prior to that he picked up a second round TKO win over Musa Jangubaev, and decision victories over Tamirlan Dadaev and Roberto Pastuch, all during 2013. Hein now has the chance to put another notch in the win column with a good performance against Dober.

Meanwhile, Drew Dober will want to impress the UFC with a big win following his decision loss to Sean Spencer at The Ultimate Fighter 18 Finale in November 2013. Prior to that fight he had been on a five-fight winning streak, defeating notable fighters such as Sean Wilson, T.J. O’Brien and Tony Sims. Dober will no doubt look to return to that form and score an impressive victory over newcomer Hein.
