The results are in for World Series of Fighting (WSOF) 6, which took place at the BankUnited Center in Coral Gables, Florida, on Saturday, October 26th. In the main event, Steve Carl scored a fourth round submission win over Josh Burkman to become the new WSOF welterweight champion.
Elsewhere on the card, Brazilian native Marlon Moraes picked up his sixth straight victory, defeating Carson Beebe via first round KO, former UFC fighter Jon Fitch landed a much needed decision win over Marcelo Alfaya, and Justin Gaethje scored a second round TKO win over Dan Lauzon.
On the preliminary card, Pablo Alfonso secured a first round submission win over Miguel Torres, Chad Robichaux locked Andrew Yates in a nice north-south choke, earning himself a second round submission victory, and Alexandre Pimentel defeated Jade Porter via first round submission.
